The Echo Runs Deep
Neo Naarm. The near future.
Grant Grover has just completed a job where he was tasked to retrieve a strange device known as The Biscuit. Why, then, can he not remember the details of the case, and how it was completed?
"The Echo Runs Deep" is a visual novel inspired by games such as Citizen Sleeper and Disco Elysium.
A few things to note:
- The game changes based on how many people have played it previously! Once all memories are unlocked, there is an extended ending to discover.
- There are moments in certain scenes where the text will stop - you need to click on items in the scene to continue. (We will add icons or highlights post-jam)
- It's very easy to accidentally leave Niobe's workshop without having a chance to try opening the safe! Don't fully exhaust her dialogue options if you want to try. (We will also fix this post-jam)
Known Issues:
The web build occasionally has an issue where the current text line will overlap. If this happens, reloading the page will fix it, and you will continue from the last scene change. This should no longer happen! If it does, please let us know in the comments.

Very fun, I believe I am the 44th, 45th, and 46th run through.
